Sinks & Taps

SINKS & DRAINERS

It is a personal preference whether you have an ‘on top’ sink with drainer, a butler sink or undermount sink. Often with stone worktops people do not want to cover the beautiful surface with a drainer, in which case there are 3 main options.

  1. Drain flutes (grooves). Always popular as they give the sink area a great definition, but perhaps aesthetic over practical in areas of hard water.
  2. Ski slope (recessed) drainer. Again, great definition of the sink area, however there is a charge for this option for the use of CNC technology and
  3. Leave plain for a modern sleek aesthetic. Generally, people will use drainer mats which are put away when not in use.
